Abstract

Goal:  To  describe  the  different  aspects  of  Amyand’s  Hernia through the case treatedWe report a case of 8 years old boy who consulted us for a chronic painful right inguinal swelling. We thought first and foremost of a strangulated  right  inguinal  hernia.  The  diagnosis  of  Amyand’s hernia  was  peroperative.  The  treatement  modalities  are  variable and are based on the Lossanoff and Basson classification
