Abstract

The authors report a case of retroperitoneal liposarcoma. The
diagnosis is usually late. Computed tomography helps to confirm
the diagnosis. Treatment consists essentially to complete surgical
excision. The postoperative follow
-up is necessary to detect
recurrences.
